Contribution limits and guidelines for Friends of James Altadonna, Jr.
By returning this completed card I confirm that the following statements are true and accurate: I am a United States Citizen or a permanent resident alien; I am at least 18 years of age; and I am not an employee of the Town of Oyster Bay. Contribution limits for the 2019 cycle are $11,450 for an individual, and $57,249 for relatives. Partnerships that make contributions exceeding $2,500 will be required to specifically identify the partner(s) responsible for the contribution, and that amount will be counted against each individual’s contribution limit. Total contributions from a corporation or LLC may not exceed $5,000 per calendar year aggregate to all New York state and local political committees. LLCs are required to identify the owner(s) responsible for the contribution(s), and the attributed amount will be counted against each owner's individual limit. Corporations, other entities and individuals are strictly prohibited from reimbursing another person or entity for making a contribution. Political contributions are not tax-deductible.
